Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes, even Run Wild items, don't quite fit. No problem. We are happy to exchange something if it has been unused, has the swing tags still attached, and is within 30 days of purchase.
We won't charge you anything to mail you an exchanged item, so don't worry about that!
HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN ITEMS
Email us at hello@runwild.nz - tell us what you wish to return/exchange. We have two outlets, and the return address will depend on your location and the items you wish to return. Please note we require returns to be in good condition with tags attached.
THE SMALL PRINT...
Returns Policy: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and must be sent back within 30 days. Any returned items must be in the original packaging with all labels and tags still attached. We will not accept returns that have been worn (other than to check fit), washed, damaged or stained. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item and the shipping cost of your order is non-refundable. If you are shipping an item back to us, we suggest you use a trackable shipping service as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We recommend that customers carefully check sizes against each product’s size guide before ordering.
Defects: Our test and inspection methods ensure that defects are highly unlikely. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged and have not been modified or damaged by the customer.
Exchanges: We will exchange your item for your requested item/size/colour if we have it in stock. If there is a freight delay while we wait for your requested stock to arrive from our supplier we will notify you, and you will have the option whether to wait or request a refund instead.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and what will happen next. We need to make sure that the item is unused and in original condition before we can accept the return for a refund. If all is well, then your refund will be processed.
